[TYPO3] Moving content elements in draf workspaces

On a technical level this can IMHO be solved by introducing a possibility 
to merge versions and to couple/sync page versions (coupled versions will 
change their state and will be publish in sync). The idea is that on a move 
versions will be created or merged and synced automatically.
