[TYPO3] TCEMAIN.clearCacheCmd doesn't clear cached news

In our situation, we just want out editors to do '[clear cache] This page'
and  'Clear page cache'.  We don't want them to do 'clear FE cache'.  So
our user group has options.clearCache.pages = 1 instead.  But
TCEMAIN.clearCacheCmd doesn't clear cached news.  We run typo3 4.0.6 and
tt_news 2.4.0.
