[TYPO3] da_newsletter_subscription, user fields not appearing

And i read further, and see that what I really want to display is "local 
     attributes" in the module. I dont see anything in the manual about 
enabling or disabling it.... so not sure about this.

I guess i will have to look thru the .php and see if i can figure 
something out...
