[TYPO3] A question about extension

Hi,

I want to create an extension in order to add new fields in the table
be_users. I want to extend this table because I work at a website which
doesn't have fe_users. But I want to have these extra information in
multiple languages.
Considering these requirements, I have a problem with the logic of the
extension. How can I create this extension in order to accomplish this?
