In fact they are possible to disable in the current version,
but *both* are disabled. I can add possibility to keep limit and
add that separately

I added

mod.web_list {
disableLimit=1
}
currently
mod.web_list.listmoduleSearchBoxDisabled=1

disables both the search box and setting limit
how much items to list in each list.


I can put it into evaluation folder
