[TYPO3] problem adding fields in sr_feuser_register extension

Hi

i did same as written in 
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/extension-manuals/sr_feuser_register/2.5.6/view/
i made fields and install my extension after that Add my new fields in 
the HTML template.
but when i see my frontend i can see only marker(ex: ####marker### ).not 
other things.

but this not working.
