[TYPO3] [Extension] Create new BE USERS a non admin user

[Sylvain Gourvil]

I want to add permission to user (uid x) for writing to table be_users.
I want to do it directly in the SQL tables. I will do ti only one time.
Anyone knows where I could do ti ?
