[TYPO3] Better performance

php -v doesn't get me any indication that eAccelerator is working. The
developper says it doesn't work with the CLI/CGI version of PHP, but
work with module/fcgi version.

In my case I have it work with PHP 5.1.6 in module mode. It's great.
