[TYPO3] How to show Advanced Functions also in Web>List-Mode and not only in Web>Page ?

on top-right SELECT-menu there are clear cache as one of the options.

XCLASS - but this is an issue, which I'm not willingly to put in 
tm_contentaccess but I could try as a separate project.
