[TYPO3] expert help needed typo3 4.0.2 extensions list not showing

thanks for your reply i am new to typo3 where i need to enable error reporting exact place and i am seeing one error in install tool when i click on about i am seeing the following error message
   
          Error!    Indicates that something is definitely wrong and that TYPO3 will most likely not perform as expected if this problem is not solved.
This indicates an actual error.

Enable error reporting in install tool and see if you have any PHP
errors in EM.
