[TYPO3] sr_feuser_register - the page cannot be displayed

Hi all.

I reinstalled sr_feuser_register extension. I unloaded it, deleted, 
uploaded and installed again. I added the default constants and 
typoscript to the template. Now, when I hit the page where is 
sr_feuser_register in frontend I get message: "the page cannot be 
displayed" in my browser. I am getting desperate.

Does anyone know, where can be a problem?
