Runs here with V3.8.1 without any problems.

If you use V4 and it doesn't  run correctly contact the author.

But maybe a simple deinstall/install solves the problem...?

Did you check the DB in the install-Tool? Sometimes the table are not 
created correctly at first installation. My experience. Depends on MySQL 
Version.
