[TYPO3] Problem with LINKPOP upgrading from 3.5 to 4.0

Hi all,

I've been using the linkpop extension with Typo3 V3.5 for some time now.
The client would like to upgrade to 4.0 as soon as possible and the test
upgrade went well except for linkpop. A properly working linkpop can be
seen in the photo gallery section here:

Linkpop works by scanning the text content block and replacing the
<linkpop> tags with appropriate javascript calls. The non-working
version can be seen here:
http://www.weddingsinportugal.com/services.html

The setup is basically the same. I cannot find anything that isn't the
same. Can anyone shed some light on why this extension isn't working?
