[TYPO3] TV and language restricted user

Hi,

i am using TV(1.1.0) on a multilinguale site using inheritance mode with

free paradigm. 

i.e.
 <langChildren type="integer">1</langChildren>
 <langDisable type="integer">0</langDisable>
mod.web_txtemplavoilaM1.translationParadigm = free

Everything works fine that far except that i am not able 
to restrict a single BE user to a particular language without 
loosing the ability of creating content elements.

I.e. as soon as i restrict the BE user to one language i am 
able to translate but nomore able to create contente elements
having the "Show page language version:" -Selector set to 
the users particular language.

FYI:Page localization mode:  	Inheritance of values

Any hints on that?
