[TYPO3] Limit TCAform tt_content General Options (continued): Access: Items: by pagetree

Hi All,

I am trying to restrict the list of usergroups available to select
restricted access for a tt_content item.

Is there any kind of TSconfig to restrict the available fe_group's from
a certain branch of the pagetree?
