[TYPO3] Internet Explorer 7 and Typo3 v4.0.2

Hi there,

since i have IE 7  installed my TS Template textarea width is a lot smaller, 
I can't manage to get TinyRTE 3word past3 working (the popup window does not 
open even when activex is activated")

anyone successfully fixed these problems?
