[TYPO3] TemplaVoila javascript errors

Ah, found it.  I had to turn on Enable extensions without review and 
then I was shown TV 1.1.1 when I searched.

Updated it, reloaded the BE and no more java script errors.

Thanks for your help Christopher!  I would have not figured that out on my own.
