[TYPO3] One submenu for all parents?

Sorry but i really don't know how to configure it. I tryed few ways but i 
can't make it working :( I know i need to use "expAll" and i think 
"alwaysActivePIDlist". Can someone help me with this? Please make me some 
example or something.
