[TYPO3] Page is crap after saving via browser to harddrive

Hi!
If i click on File > Save page in my browsers (Firefox and IE), it 
automaticly removes all / at the end of each br and link tag. (<br /> 
--> <br>) This is leading to many w3c errors when you open the saved file.

I use the following doctype:
page.config.doctype = xhtml_trans
page.config.xhtml_cleaning = all
page.config.htmlTag_langKey = de

Can anyone confirm this "bug"?
