[TYPO3] Latest content elements?

Hi!
Is there a possibility, to display the last modified pages, that are not 
hided in menu and contain a content element, that has a modified date 
specified?

I mean, it shouldn't matter, if the page has a last modified option set, 
but it should matter if the content elements inside have one or not.

I'm not using TV. T3 4.0.2.

Any help appreciated.
