[TYPO3] Problem with indexed search

indexed search for Typo3 3.8.1 - I *must* use that version, because
my bos has been installed it for the customer.
I worked in another site ok.

I need at least some ugly hack to get it work
with typo3 3.8.1

Works ok:

http://62.142.86.253/index.php?id=610 - test for example 'hammas'

but not

http://www.tak.fi/index.php?id=721

  - test for example 'takk'

The most weird issue that the another work.
