[TYPO3] Warning on the frontend and in Template section in BE

Hello list!

Sth strange is happening to my system:
on the frontend it displays SQL warning

Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL 
result resource in /../t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php on line 801

It happens all over the website in FE.

In the BE similar message appears:

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL 
result resource in /.../t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php on line 814

But this time it is displayed only in Web->Template module after I click 
on the chosen template to Info/Modify it. All other combinations give no 
warning messages.

Any ideas what might have happend?

I use Typo3 4.0.2
