[TYPO3] Helpdesk Extension

I'm trying the mg_help helpdesk extension, but I can't get it working.

No problem on installation and configuration, but when I try to insert
a new job from a user nothing happens, no record is inserted in the database.

Could anyone that uses this extension give me a suggest?
