[TYPO3] Typo3 and PHP CGI

I hope your provider moves to fastcgi instead of plain ol' cgi as the 
later will be unbearably slow with TYPO3 (or any other script). As to 
fastcgi, I have been running on it (first lighttpd, now apache2+fcgid) 
for almost a year now without a hitch and pretty impressive performance 
on a very small VPS...
