[TYPO3] rtehtmlarea - wrong headers generation

Hello!

I use rtehtmlarea 1.4.2 but in the frontend it generates no correct <Hx> 
paragraphs, instead it displays html code: <h3> My text </h3>
It happens only to paragraph.
What is more I define new paragraphs using option Heading X from menu in 
RTE.


any ideas?
