[TYPO3] Typo3 sites fails when upgrading mysql from 4 to 5

I have tried the compare trick and it wants to alter and create a lot of 
tables. Then I press "Write to database" but it just loads for a few 
seconds and then it suggest the same thing, like nothing actually happened.
