[TYPO3] Typo3 sites fails when upgrading mysql from 4 to 5

Hi

I have updated from mysql 4 to mysql 5 because version 4 created some 
problems and finally we couldnt make it run anymore.

But when installing version 5 all sites more or less displays errors like:

Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL 
result resource in 
D:\Domains\initaaq.gl\wwwroot\typo3\t3lib\class.t3lib_db.php on line 741

And templavoila errors - couldnt find a data structure set for table/row ...

Anyone with a solution to this?
