[TYPO3] Adding Cronjob

Hi

Is this line correct syntax to create a crojob for tc_directmail :

/var/www/html/transportal/html/typo3conf/ext/tcdirectmail/mailer.php
              or
/var/www/html/transportal/html/typo3conf/ext/tcdirectmail/mailer.php /dev/null 2>&1

Do I need to create a cronjob for directmail as well, if yes 
whats the correct syntax for it.
