[TYPO3] Default News Category assigned to a User Group

Hi there,
 I'm using tt_news extension.
 I'd like to know if  it 's possible assign a default category to a user
group, using TSConfig?
 For example: if a user create a new news record, a default category is
assigned to this record. In this way, there is no need the user select a
category to the news record.
