[TYPO3] Testing tmpl_andreas01

Hello, Dimitri!

I did a quick test with this template-extension (TYPO3 4.0.1./ TV). 
Install and import of TO and DS went fine. However, according to the 
manual, it should create an extra option in the "Constant Editor". This 
was not the case. What could have happened here?
