[TYPO3] No tutorials?

In the US, we are where Germany was a few years ago. For whatever reason, I
see Europe and much of the rest of the world as far more open to open source
than the US market. So, my comments are more directly related to the state
of things in the US. We in the US have to overcome this insistence that
expensive proprietary software is best.
