Intermediate to advanced. You need to write requirement checklist and 
try various commerce extensions to see which one matches your needs 
best. I expect that you may need some custom development. Dates look 
realistic. It is 5 months to first release, which is enough to make a 
e-shop but without advanced features. By May you should be able to add 
advanced features and several months remains for testing. All looks ok.
