[TYPO3] Does the 1-2-3 install tool use DBAL?

Allright. I tried reverting in full first, but then I "verted" back 
after reading this, leaving only the .sql file reverted. Results in the 
same, that is, I can now create the tables, but I still get warnings 
about differences. At least it takes me a step farther. Thanks for that :)
