[TYPO3] Tmailform include multi_recipient value in Subject

I've a TMailform page on which the user selects from a multi-recipient 
list to determine who receives the form results. The select options are 
in the form   "Select Prompt; Target Email"

I'd like to include the Select Prompt in the email subject. 
###MULTI_RECIPIENT_VAL### returns the array value. Is there a way to 
pull the prompt out?
