[TYPO3] rtehtmlarea: image link is frame?

Hi,

Typo3 V4.0.2.
rtehtmlarea 1.3.7 (typical mode)

Is there any way to prevent an image link from being framed?  I inserted
an image into the rtehtmlarea editor and then used 'Make link' to make the
image a link.  But after that, the image was framed.
