[TYPO3] extension to enable frontend users to populate and publish table of data

What extension allows frontend users to publish data (or that is published)
in a table?  I need a form that allows users to select specific drop down
items like locations, and beginning and ending dates.

The regular form elements do not allow this type of feature, or this type of
flexibility.
