Well.. It can be done. Some thinks will not function af good as in
apache. Most specificly does realurl not function with the IIS, since
IIS lacks a mod_rewrite'ish capability of the apache-server.

Again, this has been done with MSSQL 2005. You will also need the latest
TYPO3-version. However if it acceptable within company policy to use
MySQL I would strongly recommend it.
If you want as least trouble as possible, use:
- apache 2.0
- php 4.4
- mysql 4.0
