[TYPO3] Problem with RealUrl - can not login - please help !!!

After also removing references in:

temp_CACHED_psfcdd_ext_localconf.php and
temp_CACHED_psfcdd_ext_tables.php

the error message is no longer there.

But now it pops back to the front page on coachingteam.dk while still 
showin the subdirectory /typo3/index.php in the browser addres field.

Maybe that has something to do with the .htaccess file.
Not sure what to do with that now. When emty I get an error message.
