[TYPO3] What is a good screenshot program to use?

This depends on the OS you have. I think most OSes will have the capability to make screenshots and 
save them as file.

If you want to record videos you will need special tools. For Mac OS X I would like to recommend 
"Snapz pro X" (http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/snapzprox/)

I don't know which tools available on Windows or Linux.
