[TYPO3] Fatl error on arrow keys in FE-editing

Hi list,

In my new typo3 4.0.2 site I switched on edit icons for 
Front-end-editing by default. The pencil key for editing a text or 
header or whatelse works fine, but the arrow keys to change the order of 
the modules leads to the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in 
/typo3_src-4.0.2/t3lib/class.t3lib_tsfebeuserauth.php on line 1068

has anybody heard of that?
