[TYPO3] News was gone during 3.8.1 to 4.0.2 upgrade!

Hi,

I'm upgrading our typo3 server from 3.8.1 to 4.0.2 now.  It's going pretty
smoothly by following the instructions on

  The sites are up.  But News was gone!  I checked the Ext Manager and
noticed the tt_news extension was gone.  We used tt_news.  How should I
get the news back?  Please help!  Thanks much in advance.
