[TYPO3] sr_feuser_register: "Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc()"

[dave typo]

hey, this might sound obvious, but after comparing the tables, did you find
anything that needed repaired ? Because you have to repair them too ;)

repair table [table_name];

sorry if I sound like a n00b in offering help, but hey, sometimes crucial
and easy steps like that are often left out.
