[TYPO3] Please help! I need a solution to Templavoila fatal error bug!

[dave typo]

using php 4 isnt an option, so I closed my empty xml within the
datastructure - these were the xml sample data tags.

After closing them the same error persisted.

If this is a typo3 core problem, how should I go about searching for the
problem? What would be a viable solution?
