[TYPO3] sr_language_menu and english flag

Hi Dmitry,

probably because I still am a newbie :D
Honestly I did not think about this possibility; I think it is easier
with that plugin to have options (customer-related) like "I don't want
the current language flag" or "I want the inactive flags to be gray".

I am sure that is also possible in TS, but maybe a little
 more complicated that set a couple of checkboxes?
