[TYPO3] Reference Index

Hi all!
I do a new installation of typo3 4.0.2 on a linux server.
I have a mysql db on a other server.

When I enter in the backend I look the yellow box with:
"The Reference Index table is empty..."

I go in "Tools/DB check" and I do the update of reference.
All run good, but when I enter a new time in backend, I always
find the yellow box with the same alert.

Some suggestion?
