[TYPO3] Per country control of content elements for all visitors

Hi,

Is it possible to set up per country control of content elements where
the per country is for every visitor to the site, not just logged in users?

I've done some searching and found dre_countryxs which provides per
country control of elements for logged in users and dmc_geoIP which
determines the country of every visitor.  Would it be possible to
combine the two?  If so how would I go about doing it?
