[TYPO3] gb_weather php5 domxml workaround

SOLVED

Maximo Cuadros has picked up on this issue and provides an 
implementation of the patch from gb_weather version 1.0.1. Please use 
the updated gb_weather as this follows the t3 coding guide lines.
