[TYPO3] Chinese language on a european website

Hi Gideon,

Thanks for the answer. Now im one step closer to having my first chinese 
TYPO3 powered webpage :)
If i change the install tool thingie, do i have to change it back to 
normal after i have placed the Chinese text on the webpage, or do it 
allways have to be like that? And wont it fuck up the normal TYPO3 that 
runs in danish when i change the charset? As you probably guessed, i've 
never played with the charset before...
