Thanks, I've took a look this, but it didn't helped. I installed the 
extension, and I create a content element (general plugin - mailformplus) 
on the page where I'd like to see the form. On the same page from list 
element I created a mailformplus element. Here I fill f.e where you have 
to send the Email, which field is mandatory etc. But I don't manage to 
configure the html form.
This documentation is not too comprehensible. It would be nice, if a very 
simple guide exists like. (write this here, copy this file there...- the 
whole would be max. 20 rows) Think, that many user see this plugin just 
first time, and he wouldn't be spend hours to understanding this 
extension, to search tutorials with google etc.
Unfortunately almost every extension and document have written another 
person, so you can't manage with another extension documentation.

My simple queston know: I'd like to create and configure a html form. What 
should I do?
