[TYPO3] News website, which tree structure is the best?

Hi guys,
I am about to start a Multisite/Multilanguage News website and i am 
wondering which website structure i should adopt using tt_news:
1.
Site 1
  -- sysfolder1
Site 2
  -- sysfolder2

or
2.
Site 1
Site 2
sysfolder
    -- sysfolder1
    -- sysfolder2

Each site represent a country.
On a 'Master' website news will be taken from all the other websites...

Can tt_news gather news from multiple sysfolders? if yes then i would 
certainly prefer the Structure 1
